I called Samsung customer service and I was told that they will send out another email after 15 days from when you have had the phone, with the promo code to give the Galaxy buds. So pretty much, past the return period, then we can order the buds. Hope this helps.

Still waiting for my email with the credit. . I preordered on 2/27 and received my phone 3/6. It is decidedly past the 15 days, Samsung shop app says I don't qualify for the promotion even though my invoice shows the voucher has been delivered ever since I put the order in, and every person from support I talk to has just kept telling me to wait.
