I have galaxy buds 33AA and they were working fine till yesterday. I tried unpairing and pairing them again. Tried increasing the bud volume and it's to the max level. Increased the media volume and nothing ..found one solution online in developers option and diasbled absolute volume sync and still nothing. I don't have audio media sync in the blutooth advance setting so that's not an option. My phone is Galaxy S10+

@SamsungAdam I already tried that link and it was a no go. Left bud is loud as can be but the right is not.

Thank you for that information. I would recommend an accessory exchange. Can I please have your full model number and serial number in a private message: http://bit.ly/2JH2rq2

This is my 3rd time purchasing galaxy buds. Have had the icon x twice and both times the right earbud just fails and goes really quiet, has no depth of sound. In hope the bug was fixed in the new ones, I still come across the same issue. I've tried everything the specialists suggest and it's not my phone. It's the software in the buds just keeps having malfunctions. Trust, I've tried everything.  Left side works just fine. Just the right side

It happens to me a lot of times, at the end was an easy fix, just need to replace the tiny mesh on the bud, thats why every pair now brings a set of mesh with them

I've had the newer ear buds since the release of the S10 and haven't had any issues until these past two updates. First I had issues with the left ear bud volume being very low. I could still hear, but clearly not the best for phone calls when you can only use one. So the right became my go to. Then the latest update hit and within 6 hrs of installation my left got a drastic improvement, but the right is now so low it is almost impossible to hear anything. Anyone else having similar problems?

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Have you tried resetting the buds since the last update?

Yes. I tried that also. The right bud is almost silent and the left is lower than usual.
