Galaxy App store not working.

Hey just got my gear S3 on Friday, it's a great watch but I have not been able to access the Galaxy app store from my phone or watch. I was able to access it from my watch initially but since about 4 pm on Saturday I have not been. After reading multiple threads (most of which you have commented on) it's become abundantly clear to me that this problem is not limited to only my device and there seems so be some type of network or software problem. My question for you is when will Samsung acknowledge this is a network/software problem, and stop telling people to reset thier device? I just got my watch on Friday and this has not been a good experience thus far by any metric. What is the approximate timeline of when a solution will be implemented?IMG_20190727_222410.jpg

I am facing this issue, its been a month since i have purchased Galaxy watch 42 mm and so far i am unable to launch galaxy store in my watch. Using this watch in India region and so far i am disappointed on a few things which should work with this watch, like this store should be accessible and Samsung Pay. I mean why we don't have these things working here in India, are we paying less for the product ? (Don't think so) Or just like that you thought of not giving this feature to India region specifically. Anyways below are the watch details .

 

One UI - 1.0

Tizen version - 4.0.0.4

Software version- R810XXU1CSG4

Galaxy store version - 3.4.57

MODEL- SM-R810
