I sent my gear earbuds 2018 in 3 months ago for replacement and I have yet to hear anything from Samsung How much longer will I have to wait until this issue is corrected and my earbuds are sent to me? I was told I would get earbuds 2019 as the replacement and I haven't recieved anything
I'm not sure I know what you're suggesting me to do? This is the first time I have discussed my situation on this forum. I have spoken to multiple service agents and two different indivduals at the case mangement department they either call back when I'm not free or I call them and stay on the phone for countless hrs until I just hang up. I have already recieved a partial payment for the previous earbuds I sent in now its been 3 and half months since I sent my earbuds in it shouldnt take this long for this issue to be resolved. Now what part of Samsung's page Am I to find this "Member Forum?"
