Cleared data/cache, reset Fit and retried - Failed
Uninstalled Apps from the phone, restarted the phone, installed apps, reset the phone and retried - Failed
The download file is now a different version 'R370XXU0ATC6' instead of the previous 'R370XXU0ASK1' so someone has tried something but it still does not update; leaving the device unusable.
I have rest and restored from backup, this brings the device back to life but the screen is unreadable.
Please fix this ASAP!

In this case your best option would be to contact samsung directly as their are no service center that will physically service the Ear buds onsite these watches shipped out with proof purchase or further inspection down below i have attached a link
