Galaxy Fit2 unresponsive screen

Hello,

I just got a Fit2 and after I set it up with my phone, it's all fine except the touchscreen is not responsive at all.  Only the Touch Key below the screen can wake up the screen but that's it.  I can't open menus, I can't swipe from either direction.  Any ideas?

Also I noticed the heart indicator on the screen doesn't pick up a heartbeat... I'm dead?

I did a band reset and paired it with the phone again. This magically made it work so hopefully it helps somebody who's having similar issues. 

Also the heartbeat was a setting in the Health App and was set to check every 30 min so that's fixed too now.
