Galaxy buds are too quiet and I've tried the Media volume sync

I had this problem as well but it turns out that the volume on the buds needs to be turned up

*correction- that's how it was for me when I was first using them. The media volume sync wasnt available for me when galaxy buds connected. Try resetting them

Well after that the volume was at its max and sounded good.

Can you explain your process in trying to get the volume to be louder?

I connected them then went in my settings and turned on the volume sync then I went in the wearable app and changed the touchpad to volume and turned it all the way up on there and it still didn't work

Go into your bluetooth settings and forget them then reconnect
