Since this week I have a problem with my left earbud. I start the day with a 100% on both but when I turn them on the left one drains really fast. In about half an hour the left one is fully drained. Is it a hardware or software problem and are there any solutions?

Just call up their support they will try to troubleshoot and if they can't fix it you'll just need to them back they'll send you new ones. I got new ones twice already and mine were the free pair that came with the S10+ pre-order.
