I've tried looking and looking for a solution but have found that nothing works.. I went with the galaxy s10 instead of an iPhone for the galaxy buds and I loved them until I couldn't use both of them. The right one won't connect at all because it updated when one wasn't in there. I'm super bummed and just want to figure out what I can do to get them to work or if I can have them replaced? You would think with as many people that have this issue a solution would have been found by now.. very disappointed.
That would be awesome! I got them as part of the promotion. Is there something I need to do so that doesnt happen again? I absolutely loved them.

Coolio, if you could send me a private message with your model code and serial number from the bottom of the cradle we can get this started for you. As for the future just make sure that when the buds have an update you take them both out of the cradle that way they stay paired and on the same version.
Not to mention, when basic issues come up that just require a reset to fix -- YOU CAN'T DO IT.
The only way to reset them is through the app, which isn't available to iPhone users. I've confirmed this through a chat with a specialist who was not helpful whatsoever. So, basically, if you don't have a Samsung phone, just buy Airpods. It's simply not worth the hassle.
