My left bud stopped this morning too! It is registering on the wearable app and the touchpad is responding but there is no sound at all. I tried restarting the buds, then a factory reset and restarted my s10, and it's still a dud bud. I've had them almost 2 months now and have never had an issue till this morning!
I've been having the same issues with my pair, I've had them repaired with Samsung already but it keeps on happening again. It will always say that the left bud is "Disconnected" and I have tried everything from the other discussions but nothing works and the case has a constant green light on
