Dear Samsung Support,
Is anyone reading reading this post/issue and someone is working to solve this battery drain problem?
This forum started in January and it is now middle of September and absolutely NO feedback/update from Samsung?
What kind of customer support/service organization are you running? Who is in charge/responsible?
Once again, Samsung's moderator's initial response was a total disappointment (a Joke at best).
SAMSUNG, we simply wants an answer/fix - should NOT take 9 month to figure this out for the Mighty Samsung!
Wish they would fix this issue. This is the second time I have had this issue with the Gearfit 2. This time around I am having to charge it twice a day and I don't think that is normal. I love the product hate the battery drain!!

but i cant use spotify anymore. cant samsung just fix their crappy firmware?
i like how the moderator only says "glad you fixed it,.... blablabla"
how about you go and ask the engineers to correct the newest firmware?
Well, this has to be a temporary fix.
A new update is coming:
Until then, we have to wait.
I'll try to mess up with weather app in APE4 firmware this weekend. It seems it's the only thing that is different from the latest update, I'll post results later.
