My gear fit 2 pro has been powering off immediately after the screen goes in stand by mode.  Recently, it had been hot to touch on the sensor after rebooting.  I have already performed a factory reset by pressing pressing button and by going into the settings->gear info->reset gear.  Nothing is working.  Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I will be happy to look further into this for you.

Can you send a private message providing the full model code and the serial number so I can further assist? Sounds like your watch may need a service repair. http://bit.ly/2GGYul4
