Every other month I need to clean them and end up changing one or both of the meshes.
Where can I get new set of meshes for my Icon X.
I've looked on samsungparts.com and I couldn't find what I was looking for.
I've seen posts that ask the same thing and all have been resolved by sending the info to a samsung rep. Is it the only solution?

Purchased my gear iconx a month ago, having problem with the volume, online tips call for using the kit to replace the mesh but the mesh kit was missing from my buds.
The product support modal didn't have the options for selecting the earbuds as the product needing help and it wouldn't let me continue without selecting a product.
Sorry to jump on such an old thread but I am desperately trying to get a maintenace/cleaning kit for my Gear Icon X 2018.
I never received the kit in my original purchase.
Could you please also help me out Samsung Zell? I'm in the UK (not sure if this makes any difference).
