The wheel will scroll text, the buttons work and will allow me to reboot. But i cannot tap anything on the screen. Trying to pair with my new phone and i cannot tap the check mark to pair. I have rebooted numerous times. Any help would be appreciated.
How long have you had the watch? Has it had any hard impacts recently? And is it possible to do a hard reset on it to where it'll reset back to factory settings without using the touch screen? If so, then I suggest that if you can factory reset it, go for it, and if the screen still isn't working, then most likely something has gone wrong with the touch detection.
