My watch hasnt worked properly for months. After an update the sensors stopped working. I researched to resolve the problem and have found nothing. I have literally tried everything. I waited to see if future updates would resolve the issue but that still has not happened. I have had the watch for almost a yr now and maybe got 3 good mo ths out of it. Samsung will lose all my buisness if the watch is not fixed or replaced!!
A few days ago, I had the same problem in my "gear s2 frontier", but I decided to buy the "galaxy watch", what worries me is that in another forum they say that the problem is also occurring in this watch model , the question is can I repair the "gear s3" by software? and the "galaxy watch" will present a similar problem?, please help me.
