Gear and Gear FitMy Gear S3 Frontier watch is charged 100% but won't stay on and keeps disconnecting randomly. I have to keep it back in the cradle/charger to reboot, won't power on otherwise! I have tried resetting the watch and is on the latest software release as well.

Gear and Gear FitI understand how frustrating it is for the watch to keep powering off. The watch will need to be serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-786-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
