Back when Samsung rolled out the One UI update my Gear S3 Frontier stopped keeping track of my workout minutes. That's not to say that it doesn't automatically detect workouts - which it does. When I scroll to the workout app, it says I've worked out for 0 minutes, but when I "View Log" all my workouts are there. Screenshots show what I'm taking about. Prior to the One UI update, this wasn't an issue and I've already sent Feedback through this Samsung Members app twice already in the past two months with no news from Samsung. Any suggestions? Watch has all the latest software updates as of the date of this post.
Same problems listed in this post. Please fix. My wife says her Apple watch doesn't have these problems. When I look at the tracking info for exercise, it's tracking it but above the workouts it says no data.
I don't know if I'm the only one but once my pair of gear icon x got connected, my watch stopped tracking workout. Still trying to find the solutions but this is the second time it happens. I don´t like my earbuds to track my workout but there's no way to tell S health to stop doing it. I like my watch when it was tracking it. hope this helps someone to find the solution to this problem.
