Gear S3 Frontier will not power on

My Samsung Gear S3 Frontier watch will not turn on.  The watch will charge and I have fully charged it then tried the following;

1.  I have held the power button down for 2 minutes with no result. 

2. I have put the watch on the charging stand and held the power button down for about 2 minutes with no result.

3. I have also tried to hold both keys down for 2 minutes with no result.

If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch will not power on or if it doesn't seem to charge, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. Did you try using both buttons? I know mine did that were it wouldnt turn on unless I press both buttons even though my on/off button doesn't work for any other funtion
