Gear and Gear FitI've had my watch for about 3 years now and never really any issues that couldn't be solved by rebooting. 2 days ago, I was out mowing the yard and got a phone call and then my watch sent notification that is was overheating and shut down. After a few hours, I powered back up and it gave the same warnings and died. I charged all night and powered on next morning. Everything seemed fine but while sitting in church, I got the dire overheating message and it shut down. I haven't been able to get it to stay on and now, I can't even get it to charge. Is this something that can be cleaned and/or repaired?

Gear and Gear FitWe understand how frustrating this is. If the watch is able to be powered on, there are some troubleshooting steps you can try. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003100/
If the troubleshooting is ineffective, we recommend taking a look at the newest Samsung Watches available, as the Gear S3 has reached the end of support. https://www.samsung.com/us/watches/

Gear and Gear Fit@Members_j5sZTek 3 years is the typical lifespan of a LiIon battery. I would suspect that your battery has failed. You can contact your local https://www.ubreakifix.com/ for diagnosis.
