Gear and Gear FitHello,
I have a Samsung Gear S3 frontier and after a software update the sensors stopped working. I am not sure whether it's a hardware or software issue. I have performed reboot and factory reset, still it doesn't work. Any one Please help me on this.

Hello, We know how disappointing it is when the sensors are not working on the watch. We recommend taking a look at the newest Samsung Watches available, as the Gear S3 has reached the end of support. https://www.samsung.com/us/watches/

Gear and Gear FitI have exactly the same issue after upgrading to tizen 4.0.0. 7
