I have a Samsung Galaxy gear S3 Frontier, everything was fine, and that watch was working perfectly.
One day, my watch asked for a software update, so I did. After that software update, all sensors failed and didn't work anymore.
I've restarted my watch... nothing changed
Soft reset... nothing changed
Hard reset... nothing changed
Updated galaxy wearables on my smart phone... same issue
Changed my phone... same issue
As next step, I've chatted with one of Samsung agents, and asked my to take that watch to any nearby Samsung service center.
As I live in Lebanon, I've took my watch to Samsung Service Center located in Nahr El Mot, and I was surprised when they told me that my watch board needs to be replaced, and I have to pay the cost of the replacement, KNOWING THAT Samsung has ruined my watch by its latest update.
First of all Samsung, you have a very bad dealer in Lebanon (0/10 as a rate for the service)
Secondly, this is called fraud, scam, whatever you want to call it.
It was not my fault, it's not me that ruined that watch, it's YOU SAMSUNG. And you have to fix my watch for free because you damaged my sensors.
I'm waiting for your response.
