Gear fit 2 Pro Overheating

Dear,

 

My gearfit 2 pro is overheating. It charges fine to 100%, then when I wear it it gets extremely hot and the battery drains super fast. I tried updating everything via the gear app but no success.

 

Any suggestion on what to do next?

Adam,   What is a service repair? Will I have to send my watch or can I do that myself? Information here: Serial number S/N <hidden> (small on back on watch) Software version R365XXU2CRC7  Serial number <hidden>  Is this the information you need? Best regards, Frank
