As always my device is killed by the manufacturer.. Cozmo and gearfit 2.. well done Out of warranty both so I can rubish both..

Now I have this problem. I am asusming that it is some sort of code update gone wrong but the problme diagnosis options are non-existent

Hi,
I'm from Morocco, I'm facing the same issue with the same device; ie the Gear fit pro 2 stopped trucking steps and HR after I've used it in the swimming pool.
I've tried without success all the options including reset to factory setting.
Please advise on how to solve this issue?

hi i have the same problem not counting steps or anything i paid 260.00 in January for mine not very good i have reset it and cleaned it

Hello Guys, Do you have a Samsung phone connected to the Gear Fit 2 Pro? If so, can please provide me with the model number of the device?

Is that the extent of the support that Samsung users can expect?
Surely by now you realise that there is an issue with the software and it's rendering many devices useless.
You should have enough information across all of the various topics created on this subject to be able to diagnose and solve?
I was very luck that my Gear Fit 2 Pro was still under warranty and the motherboard was replaced when this issue occurred.

how did you claim warrenty and how old was it Thanks
