Gear icon X low volume and bluetooth disconnecting now told to get a replacement.

I honestly if possible would switch to another company but I have too much samsung Electronics. I was told i was going to get a replacement for my icon x  the new gearbuds and have not received it and it has been more than 5 or 6 months. I am still waiting for a solution but a lawsuit might be faster of a process at this point. I didn't get any tracking number no email no nothing so frustrating it is so tiring. Wasted almost 4 hours a week just talking to the representatives.
