Gear s3 frontier Touch screen stopped working

Hi,

 

My Gear Frontier Touch screen stopped working a couple of days ago.

 

I tried rebooting the watch, same issue.

 

I then Factory reset it from the Galaxy Gear Mobile appp on my phone, after which it rebooted, and now it want's me to swipe up to start the pairing process. (Yellow screen with Let's Go on the screen)

 

But, It's still not working. Also. I can't pair the watch or set it up, because I can't swipe up, because the touch is not working.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for reaching out. Regretfully based on the date of production the device has reached end of life status. This means that any repairs would be beyond economical repair, and it is recommended to seek other options with your retailer or carrier.

Mine stop working as well .Looks like Samsung want us to buy new watch but this is not happening for me .Its my third samsung watch and  have to say watches are great for 6 months up to a year after that problems ,problems ,problems.My daughter have apple watch all that time and she loves it maybe it's a time to give a try.Samsung !!! Please contact !!!

big SAMSUNG FAN and I'm having the same issue as him <edit> I brought a watch 300$ 6 months in battery leaks and messes up the watch i changed battery was working great now the screen digitizer isn't working now
and mind you i have a galaxy watch also
need help resolving this issue please

I am having this problem as well. What can be done to resolve? I reset my watch and it is still not working.

I have the same problem with my gear s3 classic as well, and can't power off since the touch function doesn't work.  The battery is also suddenly draining faster since this occurred.  I don't know if they are related.

My S3 frontier  will not respond to touch, after rebooting, and factory reset I can't pair it back to phone.

After two years touch screen stop responding .One on hundred times works but very annoying.This is second Samsung watch.First lasted about 6 months then battery start dying in the middle of the day .This one have been working almost two years but I think that's little to short too .I think it's time to give a try other brands.
