Help Samsung fit won't connect to the wearables app

My Samsung fit won't load it won't connect at all. I have downloaded every app you try to see if it needs a different one besides the wearable app but it doesn't work.

We can certainly understand your frustration with our Galaxy Fit not connecting to your device via the Galaxy wearables app. If your watch does not pair to a phone, or if it randomly disconnects, restart your watch. You should also make sure the Galaxy wearable app is up-to-date, but it may be necessary to reset the app and unpair your watch. Not quite familiar with the Samsung fit however be certain your connected to a network (password name of network and router info entered). Make sure that Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi and settings are on in your settings, connections section. Hope I was helpful and that solved your problem 🙏 thank you tiff12345
