They play audio fine, but they stopped connecting automatically and will not connect to the Gear Fit app. It says both buds are disconnected, and I can try to tap 'connect', but it does nothing. I can go to the 'about earbuds' page, but there's no option to reset, only a button that says, 'update earbuds software'. I can click it, but then Gear Fit tells me I can only update them once both earbuds are connected. And because of aforementioned stubborn technology, I cannot connect them both. I feel like I'm in a sad paradox.
