INACTIVE ALERT STOPPED WORKING

Just bought a SAMSUNG FIT2 fitness tracker.
I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED sitting zoned out at my computer the first evening I had it that it alerted me I had been inactive for an hour and needed to get up and walk,  It did that a couple of times.
That was TWO DAYS AGO.
For the last two days, no matter how long I sit inactive --- NO ALERT.
I called Samsung to see if this feature had been eliminated in a recent update. I was assured it had not.
I was also assured there was no setting to turn it on or off - it functioned automatically.
I did a test this afternoon watching a movie -- I sat as still as I could for over an hour NO ALERT.
Can someone PLEASE help me find a way to make this feature work again.

 Here are steps to enable . Open settings on the Gear>> Settings>> Samsung health>> rotate the bezel clockwise and tap Settings>> Inactive time alerts.
