There hasn't been an update to the firmware for quite some time now. Also, many of the stock apps never get updates. I couldn't even buy a new replacement band for mine that broke as Samsung no longer offers them (had to buy a generic one on Amazon). It appears as if Samsung no longer cares about this wearable. I won't be buying another Samsung wearable when this needs replaced for sure. Is it just me or do others feel the same? 🤔
I sent mine back because my band broke off and replacement bands will not stay on. They will not honor the warranty and it broke after six months. Never buy Samsung Fitbit!! They sent me an email that they are sending the broken piece of junk back to me.
