Starting around noon today my left bud would not work and has just been displaying a red exclamation mark in the samsung wearable app. I cant hear perfectly fine and have full touch pad functionality of my right bud, but the left seems to have just died out. I cant reset it as I need to have BOTH connected.... I've tried doing some research into it... and I couldn't find any solution. Anyone on here that may know? Thanks!

It did not work. I put the two earbuds into the case and charged it overnight which seemed to resolve the issue momentarily. It seems as though once the case is unplugged from the cable or taken off my wireless charger, the left earbud will not be charged by the case. I have had my earbuds in my case all day today to see what happens, I have not used them at all. My left earbud is at 25% while my right earbud is at 100%...?
