Lost Notifications

JUMP TO SOLUTION

After the last update, I no longer receive notifications on my Gear 3 paired to Note9. I have reset my watch several times, run-paired and re-paired numerous times. Also reset the network as well. If I go to settings, connections, bluetooth, my watch says connection for calls. I no longer have audio and media.

Anyone else have a solution to fix the issue or is the $300 watch now worth $10?

Can you please go to the Galaxy wearables app > click on notifications > click on Manage notifications > and make sure messages is toggled on? Then can you please go to the Galaxy wearables app > click on notifications and send me a screenshot of the settings?

Are you using the stock messaging app on your device?

I have switched back to stock and still nothing. I have checked the Connection, Bluetooth Gear Icon and it no longer has audio and media. Just says Connected for Calls

Re: Lost Notifications

JUMP TO SOLUTION

I deleted the other messaging app that I was using and made sure all settings are on for the standard default messaging app and now appears to be working. Apparently there was a glitch between the 2.

Thank You for the Samsung Support
