Received Samsung Buds together with Note 10+, a new fast charge on 8/23. The buds worked perfectly and loved them. I am a long term Apple user, just switched to Samsung and happy with the Samsung equipments. Unfortunately my happiness did not last long. A day later, after a Samsung Wearable update, a right bud stopped working. Tried everything suggested on this forum and nothing worked. In addition, I cannot register my new fast charge since s/n is unfound and suggested that it was bought from overseas. I live in US and and got it from Samsung.
I am frustrated and unhappy.
