Right Galaxy bud too quiet also cannot register them on website

So for the past 2 weeks my right side Galaxy bud has been getting progressively quieter. Ive tried ALL the troubling shooting and fixes and nothing has changed it. (They worked fine for the first month or two of owning them)

 

The second issue im running into is that i cannot register my product on the website to start a RMA process.

I had a Galaxy Watch that I wanted to send for repair/replacement and even though it was under my account, but when I clicked "request service", message came up telling me to contact support Smiley Happy

 

I advise you to chat with Samsung tech support, you can of course call, but I like to keep the transcript of what we discussed...
