I have the samsung gear x from costco and it recently stopped charimg the right earbud. I tried to reset it but still no luck. After a few hours of charing still not working. Ive also tried pair it to a different phone but now it does not pair at all.
No problem. We dont have a samsung store where i live. I hope maybe a samsung moderator could help.@ samsung
Check to see if charging pins in the case and on the ear bud look normal and clean.
