Looks like the Buds are getting a update

for some reason i lost my right ear just a moment ago

Hi Gary, to solve the issue of one of your Galaxy Buds not working, simply place them both back in their case for 10 seconds with the lid closed. Open it back up and you'll be back up and running. ✊🏽

I havnt had any problems with mine so hopefully this update will help the ones that need it the most
