Samsung Galaxy Buds Issue after Update (iOS)

I've been having issues with my left earbud after updating my galaxy buds (through the PC app): It does not connect to my devices at all. The earbud does seem to be recognized in the case but is forever in a red state, so I can't tell if there's no power or if it's charging. My right earbud works fine whatsoever. 

This has been really annoying as I can't tell if it's a software bug or a hardware issue. I received these earbuds as a birthday gift about two months ago and I have been really enjoying them up until now. :/
I'm on iOS.

I had the same problem with two sets of Samsung earbuds where the last volume was going in and out I contact you soon son sent them back and they send me a brand new pair
