Samsung Galaxy Buds - Little To No Sound?

JUMP TO SOLUTION

Is anyone else having trouble with their Buds playing very little to no sound? I have to turn the volume up way past the volume warning level, and even then, it's hard to hear. They just did an update, so I'm wondering if volume was "fixed." How to fix?
