Since yesterday I am facing this issue with the samsung galaxy buds. After connecting to my samsung galaxy s10 plus it disconnects itself within seconds. I do not need to do anything it just disconnects on its own. I got my buds last week, they were working fine till yesterday.
Really disappointing from the product.

@user0WNcohfXIO Have you tried restarting both devices and trying again?
If the Galaxy Buds touchpad won't work, or they are otherwise unresponsive, you can restart the Galaxy Buds by putting each of the earbuds into the respective slots in the case and remove them after at least 7 seconds. Keep the case open while restarting.
The Galaxy Buds will exit Bluetooth pairing mode after 3 minutes. Insert the Galaxy buds back into the case and open the case to enter pairing mode again.
You can manually enter Bluetooth pairing mode using the touchpad: Tap, then Tap & Hold the Galaxy Bud.
Hi, they work - they turn on - the connect and promptly disconnect. This goes on repeatedly. They will not STAY connected.
This is with Galaxy S9 I got in February.
This happens at my office only where there are a lot of bluetooth devices - so not sure this is the issue. They work fine at home, in the park, at the gym.
I have unpaired - repaired - uninstalled the app - reinstalled the app - restarted the buds - NOTHING WORKS!!! Suggest something original please.
I had the same problem. Finally, I performed a reset on the ear buds. While they were briefly connected, I opened the wearables app -> About Earbuds -> Reset Earbuds.
That will perform a factory reset of the earbuds. Afterwards, you'll have to repair the buds through the wearables app.
That fixed my problem.
