Samsung gear s3 frontier not working

I bought a gear s3 frontier, a four hundred dollars watch and all of a sudden all sensors and battery stop working. After one year and six months of use it, I called  customer service and there is no warranty and no alternative but paying for repairs. Is not fair because I took good care of the watch. No physical or water damage I just use it every day. This is the first Samsung product that disappoint me so bad.

1) So the watch just doens't work at all?  Meaning doesn't turn on or what is the current conditon?

2) Have you done any troubleshooting to try and fix it?

3) Which phone do use with your watch?
