Hi! Just wondering if my sensors are broken or is this one of those software bugs?
My sensors stopped working after an update. Heart rate, step counter, wake-up gesture et. al. are not responding to all my movements.
I already did all possible troubleshootings but still no improvement.
Hope I can get help on this. Thank you!
Is this a product recall? Such a waste of money. If I send the product to the service center just to have it fixed, will this be shouldered by the consumer or Samsung? Hope Samsung can help me on this.
