Gear and Gear FitHi everyone.
I just knew this section after searching my issue on Google.
I have a Samsung Galaxy gear s3 Classic and everything is working well except the home button. It hasn't worked for years. I tried to reset, restart, reboot ... but it didn't work. The only feature still works is holding both button for turning the watch on/ off.
Before the pandemic, I went to BestBuy and Samsung Experience Store for asking help, but they just said they couldn't do anything.
Besides, I plan to do a trade-in for a new watch, but just wonder if SamSung will take it with the issue or not.
Please tell me what I can do with this watch. Thanks.

Gear and Gear FitMine had the same issue. I traded it in for a new Galaxy Watch 3 and just got the notice that they do not accept the trade-in due to it not turning on.

Thank you for reaching out. Regretfully based on the date of production the device has reached end of life status. This means that any repairs would be beyond economical repair, and it is recommended to seek other options with your retailer or carrier.
