Unable to access App Store

I have a gear fit2, and am unable to access the app store via my Pixel. Most of the time I receive a message that says "An error has occured. Try again." Very occasionally I am redirected to an all white screen with no forms to fill out or buttons to click. If I try and create an error report within the Galaxy Wearable app, I end up in an endless loop asking me to log in to my Samsung account.
