I am expieriencing the same issues. I have a Samsung Note 8 phone and it is unable to pair with my Frontier S3 watch. I have conducted all the steps in this forum with no luck. What are my next steps?

I had trouble pairing when I first got my Gear s3. After no success last night and Samsung recommending to take it to a service center; I found a solution this morning.
I reset my network connections and then I was able to pair my Gear S3 Frontier to my Galaxy Note 9.
