Hello, 

 

If you are logging into your Samsung account and are still getting that same message then it is possible you'd have to mail in your device to turn off the reactivation lock. I have attached a @samsungmoderator to further assist you with your situation.

I took the steps and now I get a message that the watch was closed from another email, which is not correct
