The screen on my gear s3 suddenly was gettingblines across it. It eventually died but a few days later it came back on. But I can only see half the screen. Unless I turn the brightness up to 10 aNd then I see it but it's far too bright.

Hello, We know how disappointing it is when the screen is not displaying correctly. We recommend taking a look at the newest Samsung Watches available, as the Gear S3 has reached the end of support. https://www.samsung.com/us/watches/

what troubleshooting steps?
I have tried rebooting, reset, factory settings, etc. I just can't get the screen to.look normal when it has finished starting up. When it first turns on and there is no face just the logos or the reboot menu it looks normal. it's when it's finished and starts to show.the time I just get half the screen. unless the brightness is at 10. which is too bright but it clears the block.
