Recently purchased frame series TV frequently displays no connection error when using streaming apps. Only lasts seconds and then the picture returns but error message frequently displayed when using any streaming app. I’ve tried exiting the app turning off the TV soft reset unplugging the power cable resetting the router. However the issue persists. Any recommendations?

If Wi-Fi, try Ethernet and see how it goes
