I have a 58" Samsung Tizen TV that has the black screen of death. The red LED power light just blinks and the TV will not turn on at all. I have no picture and no sound. I cannot access the menu or channels or any other functions of the TV. What do I do to fix this??

HD and UHD TVsHello! Thank you so much for posting about this. I completely understand your concerns with the TV screen showing a black display. I'll be more than delighted to assist you with this issue. Since you're not able to access anything on the TV. Have you unplugged the unit for at least a minute? Also, want to make sure that the TV is plugged into a wall outlet and not a surge protector just to make sure we're getting the proper voltage to the unit.
If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information and look at this from a case-by-case basis, please provide the full model code and serial number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
