Recently the screen on my 60 Inch TV came unglued and fell off. I called Samsung and found out I was still under warranty. They advised me to send pictures which I did. They then said wait 24 to 48 hours.  Which I did they then sent a tech out so I was assuming they where going to fix the issue, replace screen etc seeing its clearly a defective product and they know this from the number of post that I have reviewed.  Will the tech comes out after a few more days of waiting in a small honda/toyota with no screen. He then looks at it calls the same people I called and sends pictures like I already did and says they are not going to cover it because the screen cracked . Im like this is BS because the tv was properly mounted on a stand not the wall. The screen became unglued when I was at work and fell completely off. Then gravity caused it to fall over hitting the stand which caused the damage.  They did not want to accept the fact that the faulty glue/adhesive came unglued which is the reason why the TV got damaged. It was the result of a product defect. I have asked to speak to supervisors and they tell me 24-48 hours. This has been going of for the last two weeks. Samsung You are wrong for this and not recalling your product or replacing it because of this issue. Now Im at the point where I have emailed a Mr. Hohyong Nam a customer relations supervisor hoping he still works for the company to see if he can help me with this issue because the customer support employees clearly did not care and failed to their job. I will be also send a letter via snail mail to the  Ridgefield Park, NJ address hoping and praying I can get some resolve with this issue.
