(My model code is UN55F6350) At first the tv was taking a while to update and then proceeded to lock me out of all my apps stating smart hub is being updated please try again later and it has been 4 hours and it hasn't finished updating. I then went to the manual update section and it proceeded to give me a 899 reassured error
Have you tried removing some of the apps on the television and trying the update again?
Have you tried unplugging the television for 5 minutes?

I'm having the same issue. My model number is UN32H5203AFXZA. Current software version 1220. I havent added any apps recently and it was unplugged for some time already. Also I was wondering if this model will get bluetooth?
