Hello, my tv is 3 years old and it has started randomly started throwing accessibility settings on the screen and muting itself.
I don't know why this is happening, I had Virgin installed 2 weeks ago.
Did this begin after the virgin services installation? Are you using the original remote for the television or a universal remote? Is the software up to date on the television?
Yes this started after Virgin was installed but the Virgin has been in 2 weeks now and this is only recent from yesterday.
To use Virgin you need to use the Virgin remote but I do have the original tv remote.
